Ms. Lampson is Credo’s Lead School Counselor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in American and Indigenous Studies from Bard College and her Master’s in Social Work, with a specialization in Child & Family Wellbeing, along with her Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential from CSU Long Beach. A proud K–8 Waldorf graduate, Ms. Lampson has deeply enjoyed being reintegrated into the Waldorf community through her work at Credo. She is passionate about supporting students’ holistic development and overall well-being. Outside of school, she loves exploring the natural world — especially the redwoods and natural swimming holes — and spending time with loved ones, including her lively chocolate lab. 

Ms. Ready earned her M.A. in Counseling and PPS Credential in School Counseling from Sonoma State University. As a counselor, her goal is to make school a positive and welcoming place for every student. She is committed to aiding in students’ social-emotional, academic, and career development while fostering equity and addressing barriers. Claire strives to meet students where they are and help them develop the lifelong skills they need to reach their goals and become confident, resilient, and compassionate individuals. Outside of the school day, Claire enjoys exploring new places, attending live music events, and painting. She is excited to join the Credo High School team and be a resource for students and families! 

Stephanie is a licensed therapist and believes that each person holds the innate wisdom and courage to meet life’s many challenges. Her aim is to support students through the tough times, with respect, warmth, and empathy so that they do not have to face those challenges alone. Her interests include Sculpting and painting, camping and gardening, dancing and live music, and community building

Ms. Wuerthner was born and raised in the Bay Area and is a parent of two Waldorf kids. She has been working in Waldorf schools in the Bay Area since 2016. Ms. Wuerthner joined Credo High School in 2020 as a college counselor. She genuinely enjoys helping students find colleges that are right for them and where they will thrive. She is dedicated to supporting students through the process of applying to colleges, while reminding them, also, to breathe.

Trained as a historian and librarian, Ms. Wuerthner’s specialties are researching, curating, and presenting complex information clearly. Her professional interests include equity and access to quality higher education for students whose access has historically been and continues to be restricted. She is a passionate advocate for these students, skilled at recognizing their specific needs and connecting them with the information and resources to succeed and feel safe in their educational environment.
