In short order, today’s teens will have grown into leadership roles in a very challenging world. How can we best prepare them to welcome this responsibility and succeed?
Answering this question has been the goal of the team of school developers, Waldorf and mainstream educators, artists, scientists and financial, legal and organizational advisors who have spent several years creating Credo High School. And it is a question our faculty and staff continue to ask.
At Credo, our goal is to support young people to be creative thinkers, effective communicators and caring human beings who have a solid foundation of knowledge and the depth and breadth of capacities that will empower them to meet the world’s challenges head–on, and with compassion.
As a college prep school, all of our graduates will have met University of California admission requirements. As a school inspired by Waldorf education that values integrated learning, our students will learn experientially, artistically, collaboratively, and they will comprehend the interconnectedness of things. As a school with a mission-driven commitment to sustainability, our students will become attuned to the interdependence of all of life.
Urgent times compel innovative solutions. At Credo, we believe we can help.
